- • The Garnishment Support Specialist - Temporary is a 6-month remote role focused on managing agency-related garnishment audits, specifically Deduct & Hold (D&H) and stale-dated check processes, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting customer-related audits, maintaining case ownership end-to-end, coordinating with Garnishment Specialists, Legal, Accounting, and external agencies, tracking audit progress, converting case notes into customer-facing documentation, and responding to inquiries with professionalism.
- • The role supports backlog reduction efforts as part of a temporary staffing solution at OneSource Virtual (OSV), the leading exclusive provider of Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) solutions for Workday, serving over 1,000 Workday customers globally.
- • The position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration, audit remediation, and compliance processes within HR and payroll operations, providing opportunities to develop expertise in garnishment operations and build experience in a high-growth, values-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in garnishment operations or payroll services is strongly preferred
- • Ability to manage audits with a high level of detail and organizational accuracy
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions
- • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, and customer support teams
- • Proficient in internal systems such as Workday and Salesforce or similar platforms
