- • As a Senior Strategy Advancement Professional at Humana Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of MarketPoint, Humana’s distribution organization, by driving data-informed initiatives that support long-term growth in Medicare and individual products.
- • Day to day, you will lead the test-and-learn portfolio, build and maintain a single source of truth for all active and upcoming tests, partner with finance to evaluate ROI, create executive-level PowerPoint presentations, and support the end-to-end delivery of strategic and transformational initiatives across the enterprise.
- • You will join a forward-thinking strategy team within MarketPoint that is mandated to think creatively, discover new opportunities, and re-envision operations to enhance customer acquisition and deliver first-class experiences to members and agents.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic analysis, executive storytelling, and cross-functional leadership, gaining the ability to influence department strategy, drive data-backed decision-making, and advance your impact in healthcare strategy and operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in business, management or a related field
- • Three or more years of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving transformational, strategic initiatives
- • Strong business acumen with proven track record of partnering closely with analytics and finance teams to forecast, evaluate, and measure initiative outcomes
- • Expertise in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint for content creation and slide development
- • Experienced delivering executive-level presentations with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to influence, facilitate, and enhance performance within cross-functional teams
