- • Responding to customer enquiries via email and other written channels — professionally and promptly — in German

- • Identifying recurring issues and flagging them to the broader team
- • Keeping records accurate and up to date

🎯 Requirements
- • Native or fluent German speaker — this is a hard requirement; all customer communication is in German
- • Proven customer service experience — you've done this before and you're good at it
- • Excellent written German — clear, professional, and warm; this will be assessed during the interview process
- • Reliable and consistent — you show up, follow through, and take ownership of your responsibilities
- • Calm under pressure and able to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism
- • Comfortable working remotely and independently within a structured team environment
- • Available to work CET business hours (Mon–Fri)
