📋 Description
- • German-Speaking Sales Operations & Automation Manager role focused on owning and optimizing the go-to-market tech stack to ensure reliable, scalable operations that directly impact business growth through clean data, smart automation, and effective campaigns.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and optimizing CRM and outreach tools (Clay, Lemlist, Salesforce), building AI-driven outbound campaigns from segmentation to booked meetings, designing data integrations and automated workflows, maintaining CRM data hygiene, creating actionable dashboards and reports, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve performance, and using API-based tools like Make or Zapier to eliminate manual work.
