- • As Global Account Director at Massive Rocket Ltd., you will serve as the senior point of accountability for the delivery of the company’s most complex, multi-workstream client programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, proper governance, and execution to the highest standard across digital, CRM, data, and Martech initiatives.
- • You will partner with executive sponsors, client leadership, and internal teams to structure, plan, and deliver programmes that are predictable, transparent, and commercially sound, acting as the senior authority on programme management to refine governance frameworks, manage risks and dependencies, and align technical, delivery, and business stakeholders.
- • This role is critical to ensuring Massive Rocket’s most ambitious client engagements run smoothly, empowering teams to deliver their best work and providing clients with a seamless, strategic journey from start to finish as the company scales toward its $100M revenue milestone.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes, maintaining budget and forecast accuracy, identifying and mitigating risks, mapping dependencies across workstreams and time zones, and ensuring commercial viability through proactive financial management and stakeholder communication.
- • You will coach and lead distributed teams across multiple regions, applying Agile and hybrid delivery models appropriately, fostering clarity and confidence through strong communication, and escalating issues when necessary to keep programmes on track.
- • You will contribute to the evolution of Massive Rocket’s programme governance frameworks, drawing on your experience in consultancy or agency environments to build scalable, repeatable processes that enhance delivery quality and client satisfaction.
- • You will operate at the highest level, engaging directly with C-suite and senior executives both internally and at client organizations, representing Massive Rocket with credibility and strategic insight.
- • You will be expected to travel as needed for key client meetings, steering committees, and programme milestones, supporting relationship-building and alignment across global teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years of programme and project leadership in a services environment, ideally with Martech experience
- • Proven history of running complex, multi-workstream programmes across digital, CRM, or data domains
- • Hands-on experience delivering and governing programmes within consultancies or agencies
- • Deep understanding of CRM, data, Martech, and digital transformation ecosystems
- • Real experience building and running programme governance frameworks that ensure alignment and on-track delivery
- • Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing commercial risk
- • Comfort operating at the highest level, working directly with C-Suite and senior executives
- • Expertise in risk management, dependency mapping, and programme-level planning
- • Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones and workstreams
- • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills that bring clarity and confidence to teams
- • Solid grounding in Agile and hybrid delivery models, knowing when and how to apply each
- • Willingness to travel for key client meetings and steering committees when needed
