- • As a Global Alliances Director at Rubrik, you will serve as the strategic architect of the company’s most critical industry partnerships, driving deep integration with key alliance partners to accelerate sales performance and market impact.
- • Day to day, you will architect strategic growth by owning alliance blueprints, ignite partner-led revenue by positioning Rubrik’s technologies as essential, orchestrate global account mappings to convert targets into POCs and closed deals, empower partner teams through enablement and training, and showcase Rubrik’s vision at major events and executive forums.
- • You will join a high-impact, world-class GTM organization at Rubrik, a leader in data security and AI operations, where cross-functional collaboration with Field Sales, Engineering, and Marketing is central to building a legacy within the alliance ecosystem.
- • In this role, you will develop mastery in influencing product roadmaps through partner insights, scale complex global alliance programs, and build enduring relationships that position you as a strategic power-seat in the data protection and cyber resilience industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Deep knowledge of the Data Management, Data Protection, and Storage markets, with a proven ability to sell competitive Backup and Recovery solutions.
- • A documented track record of driving pipeline generation at scale and executing complex alliance programs across global partner ecosystems.
- • Demonstrated ability to identify, initiate, and close deals in lockstep with account teams, reflecting a sales hunter mentality.
- • Exceptional presentation skills with the confidence to command rooms, from executive decision-makers to large-scale event audiences.
- • A strong existing reputation and network within the key alliance and channel partner landscape.
- • Previous experience executing joint GTM strategies with Tier-1 vendors such as Pure Storage or Cisco (preferred).
- • Experience in quarterly/yearly sales planning, implementing co-marketing activities, and driving joint interlocks across enterprise target accounts (preferred).
- • Strong proficiency in forecasting, reporting complex metrics, and managing data-driven sales activities (preferred).

- • Competitive base salary range of $186,900 to $234,000 USD, with additional eligibility for commissions under the Company’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
