We are seeking a visionary Global Brand Director to lead our brand strategy and narrative, shaping how the world perceives and engages with our cutting-edge AI technology.
- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining and continuously evolving Plaud’s brand positioning and narrative architecture. Your primary focus will be translating our core mission, "Amplify Human Intelligence," into compelling storytelling frameworks that resonate deeply with our target audience. You will be responsible for positioning Plaud as a definitive thought leader in the burgeoning fields of AI and work intelligence, establishing our unique value proposition in a rapidly evolving market.
- • A key aspect of your responsibility will be leading the creation of impactful brand stories, integrated campaigns, and narratives that forge an emotional connection between users and Plaud’s purpose. This includes overseeing the production of "hero" content such as brand films, manifestos, keynotes, and flagship campaigns that capture the essence of our brand. You will also establish and manage a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring its alignment with our product roadmap and overarching strategic campaigns, thereby maintaining a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
- • You will drive the global brand communications strategy, ensuring that our Public Relations efforts, keynote presentations, and strategic partnerships are harmonized to reinforce and elevate our brand equity. This involves leading strategic partnerships and cultural collaborations that enhance Plaud’s image and expand our influence. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with external agencies, creative studios, and media partners to produce world-class campaigns that meet our high standards of quality and impact.
- • Safeguarding the integrity of our global brand across all internal and external communications will be paramount. You will establish and meticulously monitor key brand health metrics, including awareness, preference, sentiment, and share of voice, using this data to inform and refine our ongoing brand strategy. Developing robust cross-market brand review systems will be essential to ensure local relevance while upholding global consistency, guaranteeing brand coherence across all owned channels and touchpoints.
- • As a Creative and Design Leader, you will oversee the evolution of our Brand Visual Identity (VI), product launch films, campaign systems, website creative direction, and channel creatives. Your mandate includes building scalable design systems that support our rapid growth and raising the creative bar to achieve a "luxury tech" standard, reflecting the premium nature of our innovative products.
- • In terms of Leadership and Collaboration, you will lead a multidisciplinary team encompassing Brand Content, Brand Communications, PR, Social Media, and Creative & Design functions. You will foster strong partnerships with regional marketing leads across the globe, ensuring a unified brand approach. Your role will involve mentoring and inspiring these teams to consistently deliver elevated, high-craft brand experiences that drive both significant brand and tangible business impact.
