📋 Description

  • Lead the day-to-day brand marketing activities for the CRAFTSMAN brand, aligning all initiatives with global brand strategies and marketing playbooks to drive demand, growth, and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute long-term brand equity strategies through multi-year roadmaps that elevate CRAFTSMAN’s positioning and deliver target KPIs including share growth and perception change.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Category Management, Product Management, Internal Agency (Studio), Insights, Regional Brand Teams (U.S. and Canada), and Digital Marketing to deliver strategic and creative marketing solutions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of new product launch materials, including claims, marketing copy, packaging design, eCommerce content, photography, video, PR, and social media/influencer activations.
  • Partner with the Insights team to translate consumer segment insights into benefit-driven campaigns across core and new product categories.
  • Collaborate with regional Brand Marketing and Activation teams to align on objectives, KPIs, performance tracking, and execution improvements to ensure consistent global brand representation.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution from concept through launch, proactively driving collaboration and communication among all project stakeholders.
  • Identify and elevate gaps, needs, interdependencies, wins, and challenges impacting brand success to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Work with vendor partners to enhance end-user experiences across all online and offline touchpoints.
  • Support senior global marketing leaders in long-term strategic planning for CRAFTSMAN, including future product/category innovation, retail partnerships, and sponsorship strategies.
  • Partner with the Associate Brand Manager to deliver high-volume new product launches with precision, attention to detail, and on-time execution.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with product, commercial, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and business priorities.
  • Demonstrate accountability and ownership by driving results in a fast-paced, evolving environment with speed and agility.
  • Apply strong business acumen, including financial and budget management skills, to guide marketing investments and measure ROI.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels with excellent listening and influencing skills to drive collaboration and consensus.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of brand marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in brand campaign development and execution
  • Experience launching brand marketing campaigns, developing content and messaging strategies, leveraging insights to drive decisions, and optimizing and reporting on performance
  • Experience working cross-functionally within mid-to-large organizations
  • Strong business acumen, including financial and budget management skills
