📋 Description

• As a Global Business Partner Master Data Analyst on a 1-year fixed-term contract, you will play a critical role in supporting Viatris’ SAP S/4HANA transformation by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data across global operations, directly enabling reliable financial, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• You will be responsible for end-to-end master data lifecycle management, including data preparation, migration, validation, and ongoing maintenance of vendor and customer master data in alignment with global standards, SLAs, and data governance policies, ensuring seamless system integration and operational continuity.
• You will act as a subject matter expert in Master Data Governance (MDG), collaborating with cross-functional teams in finance, procurement, IT, and business units to resolve data issues, drive process improvements, and support user adoption through training and documentation.
• Day to day, you will support SAP S/4HANA implementation activities including data cleansing, deduplication, mass creation/updates via SAP GUI scripting, UAT/BRT testing, and hypercare support, while maintaining SOPs, process documentation, and training materials to standardize ways of working.
• You will gather business requirements, execute test cases, and support system enhancements and new functionalities, ensuring that master data changes are properly validated and integrated with procurement (Ariba), finance, and logistics modules.
• You will conduct regular data quality audits using DQM analysis, identify and escalate data discrepancies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data integrity and reduce manual rework across systems.
• You will provide training and guidance to end users on master data processes and tools, fostering effective adoption and reducing errors through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
• You will work in a dynamic, ambiguous environment, bringing structure to complex data challenges while demonstrating strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills to deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Master Data Governance, gain hands-on experience with global data migration projects, and develop advanced skills in data analytics, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration — positioning you for growth in enterprise data management or SAP specialization.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in master data management with a focus on vendor and customer master data, including hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems and SAP S/4HANA as a prerequisite.
• Experience with Business Partner (BP) transformation in S/4HANA, including migration from legacy ECC customer/vendor records, BP role configuration, and integration with procurement and finance modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SQL, Ariba, Vertex, or SAP GUI scripting for mass data processing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience, combined with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
