• • The Global Chains Specialist at Despegar.com is a key role focused on managing and optimizing relationships with global hotel chains to enhance the company’s travel offerings across Latin America and beyond. This position is central to ensuring Despegar maintains competitive, high-quality inventory by acting as a bridge between the company and major international hotel partners.
• • Day to day, the specialist will centralize and manage hotel chain data, negotiate contractual terms, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with product, tech, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration of chain offerings into Despegar’s platform. They will also identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives that increase booking volume and partner satisfaction.
