- • Lead sales growth within assigned territories in the healthcare sector by applying solution-based selling techniques and deep understanding of Indonesia’s healthcare landscape.
- • Engage directly with senior healthcare decision-makers including C-level executives, hospital administrators, and physicians to identify business opportunities and shape customized solutions.
- • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts across public and private hospitals, clinics, and medical centers in Jakarta and Surabaya regions.
- • Conduct in-depth negotiations with high autonomy to close moderately complex and higher-value sales deals.
- • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with market conditions, customer needs, and organizational revenue targets.
- • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates using advanced CRM and sales management tools.
- • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine approaches, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- • Identify emerging market trends and competitive dynamics to uncover new opportunities and maintain market advantage.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- • Act as a mentor and trainer for junior sales staff, sharing best practices and supporting their development in solution-based selling.
- • Implement and adapt sales techniques tailored to the unique procurement and decision-making processes within Indonesian healthcare institutions.
- • Work remotely from home with full accountability for territory performance, maintaining consistent communication and engagement with team and stakeholders.
- • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of healthcare sector dynamics including regulatory environments, institutional purchasing workflows, and clinical adoption patterns.
- • Maintain strict compliance with company policies and interview integrity guidelines, participating in all hiring stages without AI assistance or external prompts.
- • Be prepared to attend in-person interviews at a Wolters Kluwer office as required during the recruitment process.
