📋 Description

• The Global Controller at Lyra Health serves as a key executive leader responsible for overseeing the integrity of the company's financial statements, maintaining a world-class internal control environment, and providing strategic financial leadership across the entire global organization.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing all global accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial close processes, leading audit preparations, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and forecasting.
• The role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and partners closely with cross-functional teams across finance, legal, tax, and operations to ensure regulatory compliance and financial transparency in a rapidly scaling, mission-driven organization.
• The Global Controller will have the opportunity to shape financial infrastructure at scale, drive process improvements in a high-growth environment, and contribute directly to Lyra Health’s mission of transforming access to mental health care through financial excellence and operational rigor.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA certification or equivalent accounting qualification
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including public accounting and corporate controller roles
• Proven experience managing global financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance under US GAAP
• Strong expertise in internal controls (SOX), audit coordination, and financial close processes
• Experience leading finance teams in a high-growth, technology-driven or healthcare organization
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and financial planning tools
