  • • As a Global Country Expansion Manager at Deel, you will be at the forefront of our mission to unlock global opportunity for every person, team, and business. This pivotal role is responsible for orchestrating the successful launch and scaling of Deel's native engine across multiple countries within the EMEA region. You will lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Global Product Specialists, Global Solution Designers, and Senior Global Solution Designers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • • Your primary focus will be on the end-to-end execution of country rollouts, meticulously planning and overseeing every stage from initial strategy alignment to final deployment. This involves ensuring that each rollout is not only completed on time and to the highest quality standards but also seamlessly integrates with Deel's overarching organizational strategy, product vision, and stringent compliance requirements. You will be the linchpin connecting our product and engineering teams with the on-the-ground needs of country leads, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and efficiency.
  • • A key aspect of this role is providing robust management and leadership guidance to country leads during the critical delivery execution phases. You will act as a strategic partner, offering insights and support to navigate the complexities of international expansion. This includes setting clear priorities, establishing accountability frameworks, and ensuring that all team members are aligned and motivated towards achieving collective success.
  • • Strategic planning and effective delegation are paramount. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and distributing work across various teams and projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely completion of milestones. Performance management will be a continuous focus, with a keen eye on monitoring progress, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and proactively identifying and mitigating any potential risks or roadblocks that could impede project success.
