- • The Global Delivery Customer Engagement Manager - GCC Africa (Remote) role at TransUnion LLC is critical to ensuring seamless delivery of big data solutions that empower customers to grow their consumer portfolios and manage financial risk. This position bridges customer needs with technical execution by translating business requirements into actionable plans for internal teams.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing end-to-end client deliveries from scoping and quoting through implementation and post-production support, analyzing and documenting business requirements, fostering enterprise relationships across a matrix organization, and leading individual contributors through workload management, change resolution, and career development.
- • The Global Operations - Delivery team operates in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on delivering data-driven solutions using TransUnion’s extensive data assets. The team values collaboration, agility, and continuous learning, providing opportunities to build expertise in consumer credit reporting and financial services.
- • In this role, you will develop deep knowledge of TransUnion’s batch products and their customer applications, build strategic relationships with sales and customer leaders, leverage historical metrics to drive process improvements, and grow both your team’s capabilities and your own expertise in client engagement and delivery excellence within a global data solutions leader.
