  • • As the Global Director of Human Resources at DATAMARK, Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and leading our worldwide HR operations, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and fostering a positive, inclusive, and innovative company culture across all our global locations.
  • • This pivotal role demands a strategic leader capable of providing comprehensive direction and oversight for the entire global Human Resources organization from a corporate level. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing robust policies and procedures that govern all aspects of our employee experience.
  • • You will be the driving force behind our employee and labor relations initiatives, cultivating strong, constructive relationships with our workforce and ensuring fair and equitable practices are upheld globally.
  • • A key responsibility will be the design and execution of comprehensive employee orientation, education, and training programs. This includes developing frameworks for management development, empowering our leaders to excel and effectively guide their teams.
  • • You will oversee the strategic administration of wages and salaries, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures are in place across all regions, while also ensuring strict adherence to all federal and regulatory compliance requirements pertinent to our global operations.
  • • The role encompasses the meticulous administration of worker’s compensation programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and managing claims efficiently.
  • • You will also be responsible for the strategic oversight of our benefits administration, ensuring our offerings are competitive, valuable, and effectively communicated to our diverse workforce.
  • • Furthermore, you will champion organization development initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement within our HR functions and across the broader organization.
  • • A primary focus will be the administration and coordination of the HR organization across multiple international locations. This requires a nuanced understanding of diverse cultural and legal landscapes.
  • • You will actively foster a positive and engaging working environment, ensuring that DATAMARK’s core values and culture are not only promoted but deeply embedded at every site, creating a unified and supportive employee experience worldwide.
  • • Your leadership will be critical in creating a Human Resources organization that is not just functional but is a strategic partner, actively supporting and driving the Company’s vision and business objectives.
  • • You will be tasked with identifying and implementing cutting-edge tools and technologies on both a global and country-specific level. The goal is to streamline HR functions, enhance efficiency, and provide superior reporting capabilities that facilitate effective operational management and informed decision-making.
  • • This includes the creation and implementation of appropriate HR policies, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance across all jurisdictions.
  • • You will define and articulate a clear, compelling vision for the HR department at DATAMARK, structuring the department in an efficient and effective manner to execute this vision and achieve departmental goals.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve the mentoring and leadership of all HR personnel across all Company sites. You will inspire, guide, and develop our HR teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • • You will maintain a proactive stance on staying informed about all HR-related legal and regulatory issues pertinent to the Company’s global operations, ensuring that DATAMARK remains compliant and mitigates potential risks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
  • • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in the Human Resources field, with at least 10 years in an HR supervisory or leadership role.
  • • Proven experience leading HR departments across multiple international sites and diverse cultural environments.
  • • Ability to travel as required, including to our global locations, to support and oversee operations.
  • • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, facilitating communication across our diverse workforce.
  • • Previous HR experience in a BPO or Call Center environment is highly preferred, providing valuable industry context.
