  • • Red Hat is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Global Ecosystem Marketing Manager to spearhead demand generation and enablement initiatives across its global industry and vertical ecosystem. This pivotal role will concentrate on nurturing emerging partnerships, particularly in the dynamic fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Virtualization, while also driving engagement within key industry verticals such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, Edge computing, and the Public Sector.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of orchestrating and executing impactful marketing campaigns that demonstrably contribute to measurable business outcomes through strategic partnerships. You will be instrumental in elevating partner awareness and cultivating demand, supporting a diverse array of partner initiatives designed to activate and champion the Red Hat ecosystem. A significant aspect of this role involves close collaboration on strategic initiatives centered around AI and virtualization technologies.
  • • You will operate at the nexus of Red Hat's strategic objectives, working hand-in-hand with Red Hat Industry Sales Leaders, the Global Ecosystem Sales Team, Global and Regional Partner Account Managers, and the broader Red Hat Marketing organization. Your mandate will be to conceptualize, develop, and implement robust programs and campaigns that not only amplify partner visibility and establish thought leadership but also generate tangible demand, all while ensuring strict alignment with Red Hat's overarching Industry Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and critical ecosystem goals.
  • • Success in this position requires an agile and adaptable mindset, capable of navigating the ever-evolving partner landscape. A strong aptitude for fostering close collaboration with partner sales teams and adeptly connecting disparate communication and promotional efforts, both internally and externally, will be crucial. The role is ideally based in North America, though exceptional candidates in other global locations will be considered. A moderate travel commitment, estimated at 10-25%, is an inherent requirement of this position.
  • • **Drive Partner Strategy and Alignment:** You will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing relationships with a portfolio of emerging strategic partners and global account teams. This involves proactive engagement and close collaboration with both regional and global teams to ensure a unified and effective ecosystem strategy, as well as the seamless execution of joint Go-to-Market (GTM) programs. This includes identifying new partnership opportunities and developing tailored marketing plans to maximize their impact.
  • • **Execute Global Demand Generation Campaigns:** A core responsibility is to maximize the industry awareness and market penetration of Red Hat's ecosystem, with a particular focus on high-growth areas like AI and Virtualization, and across critical industry verticals. You will partner closely with ecosystem partners to design and implement effective demand generation campaigns. This includes planning and driving digital demand through sophisticated webinar programs, online events, and targeted digital marketing efforts. Furthermore, you will collaborate with regional vertical marketing teams and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) specialists to ensure integrated and impactful campaign execution.
  • • **Lead Program and Event Initiatives:** You will provide essential program management support for key global partner initiatives. This includes orchestrating and executing high-impact events such as executive roundtables and specialized workshops. Additionally, you will play a vital role in supporting and amplifying ecosystem showcases and featured content at major industry events, including prestigious gatherings like Red Hat Summit and significant partner-hosted conferences. This involves strategic planning, logistical coordination, and promotional activities to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
  • • **Develop and Nurture Ecosystem Messaging:** Craft compelling narratives and value propositions that highlight the unique benefits of Red Hat's ecosystem and its solutions within specific industry verticals and for emerging technologies. This involves translating technical capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with partner audiences and end customers.
  • • **Performance Measurement and Optimization:** Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, track campaign performance rigorously, and provide regular reports on results. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign strategies, resource allocation, and overall program effectiveness to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication:** Serve as a central point of contact for marketing-related activities within the ecosystem team. Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, product management, and partner teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution. Effectively communicate program updates, successes, and challenges to various audiences, from executive leadership to frontline sales teams.
