- • As a Global Employee Relations Manager at Optro Inc., you will play a critical role in determining, managing, and upholding global employee relations standards to support a high-performance culture across international jurisdictions.
- • You will lead the implementation and management of employee relations workflows, manage end-to-end investigations and performance cases, and ensure labor law compliance across key regions including the UK, EMEA, and California.
- • You will partner with People Business Partners and leaders to ensure consistent, scalable, and legally sound practices as the company expands into new markets.
- • You will utilize ER data to identify trends, collaborate with L&D to train managers on best practices, and proactively address potential workplace issues before they escalate.
- • This role offers high autonomy and impact in a fast-growing SaaS company recognized as one of the 500 fastest-growing tech companies in North America for seven consecutive years.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing employee relations on a global scale with strong knowledge of international labor laws.
- • Strong experience conducting investigations with empathy, objectivity, and discretion.
- • Familiarity with US, EMEA, and APAC labor law, including UK grievance/disciplinary procedures and experience with EMEA Works Councils.
- • Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations by balancing legal risks with cultural impact while making objective decisions.
- • Excellent communication skills to translate complex legal requirements into actionable advice and coach senior leaders through sensitive issues.
- • Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS or technology company.
