- • As a Global Enablement Coordinator at CrowdStrike, you will play a critical role in supporting the Revenue Enablement team by coordinating and delivering training programs for sales, technical sales, and partner roles across global markets.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing internal communications related to training initiatives, coordinating and hosting virtual webinars and training sessions, providing logistical and technical support for onsite events, administering the learning management system (LMS) by publishing courses, tracking attendance and completion, managing registrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- • You will be part of a mission-driven, innovative cybersecurity leader that values autonomy, passion, and customer commitment, operating within a culture that fosters career ownership and continuous growth.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in learning and development operations, gain hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms and virtual training tools, and build project management and stakeholder coordination skills essential for advancing in enablement, training, or program management careers.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in coordination or program support roles
- • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Proficiency with learning management systems
- • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a global mindset
- • Experience with virtual meeting platforms and webinar tools
- • Team player with a collaborative mindset
