đź“‹ Description
- • As the Global Head of Marketing at Partly Limited, you will be instrumental in architecting and executing our global lead generation strategy, transforming it into a predictable and powerful engine for our live networks. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role for a true builder who thrives on creating systems and driving tangible results from the ground up. You will be the architect of how Partly presents itself to the market, with a relentless focus on execution, rigorous measurement, and establishing repeatable processes across a spectrum of marketing activities, including events, field programs, and highly targeted campaigns. In the early stages, you will be deeply involved in the personal execution of these initiatives, setting the standard for what success looks like.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to own and scale Partly’s global lead generation programs, specifically targeting our key customer segments: repairers/MSOs (Multi-Service Operators) and suppliers within our existing networks. This involves developing a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and how Partly's platform can deliver transformative value.
- • You will lead the charge in developing comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing plans. This requires a strategic approach to prioritization, identifying and focusing on the programs that offer the highest leverage and potential for impact. Your plans will be directly informed by the company's overarching strategy and go-to-market (GTM) objectives, ensuring marketing efforts are tightly aligned with business goals.
- • A core function of this role is to translate the company's strategic vision and GTM plans into clear, actionable marketing objectives and detailed execution plans. This means breaking down high-level goals into concrete steps, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and outlining the resources and timelines required for success.
- • You will be tasked with building and operating Partly’s demand generation engine across our priority markets and customer segments. This is not about chasing vanity metrics; your focus will be on designing and executing programs that demonstrably drive qualified pipeline, foster product adoption, and facilitate expansion within our customer base.
- • Close collaboration with Revenue Operations and Sales teams is paramount. You will partner to ensure marketing campaigns are strategically aligned with specific territories, customer segments, and the sales team's capacity, creating a seamless handoff and maximizing conversion rates.
- • A significant part of your role will involve building and refining our event and conference strategy. This includes identifying the most impactful opportunities, developing clear objectives for each event, and establishing robust ROI and conversion tracking mechanisms to measure success and inform future investments.
- • You will establish a consistent regional campaign cadence and develop standardized playbooks that can be adapted and deployed across different markets, ensuring a cohesive and effective marketing presence globally.
- • Working hand-in-hand with RevOps, you will ensure that lead routing, campaign attribution, and overall reporting are accurate, transparent, and provide actionable insights into marketing performance.
- • You will collaborate closely with regional General Managers (GMs) to ensure that lead flow is effectively matched to regional capacity and strategic priorities, optimizing resource allocation and sales effectiveness.
- • Beyond immediate execution, you will be responsible for building and scaling a multi-disciplinary marketing team over time. This involves identifying talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and developing the capabilities needed to support Partly's ambitious growth trajectory.
- • You will establish clear operating rhythms, implement effective prioritization frameworks, and set high performance standards for the marketing function.
- • A key aspect of your leadership will be balancing the immediate demands of execution with the strategic imperative of building long-term marketing capabilities within the organization.
- • You will be a key player in defining and refining our GTM models, adapting strategies as the product evolves and new market opportunities emerge. This requires a high degree of adaptability and a willingness to operate effectively in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- • Your success will be measured by your ability to drive measurable business outcomes, build a scalable and predictable marketing engine, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the marketing team and across the organization.
- • You will champion the Partly brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a compelling narrative that resonates with our target audiences across all marketing touchpoints.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of marketing at a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company with a bold vision to revolutionize a massive global industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience building and scaling marketing functions within a growth-stage B2B SaaS or infrastructure-first company.
- • Demonstrated success in B2B demand generation within complex go-to-market (GTM) environments.
- • Strong operational discipline and a deep understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, and ROI analysis.
- • A track record of hands-on execution combined with effective team leadership and capability building.
- • Experience supporting complex sales motions, such as mid-market, enterprise, or marketplace sales.
- • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with evolving products, segments, and GTM models.
- • Builder mentality: excited by the prospect of creating systems, processes, and teams from the ground up, rather than inheriting established structures.
- • Strong narrative instincts coupled with commercial pragmatism, able to craft compelling stories that drive business results.
- • Data-informed decision-making, balanced with the creativity to innovate and experiment where necessary.
- • Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and align diverse teams around a shared vision and strategy.
- • Willingness to get hands dirty in the early stages of execution and scale responsibly as the team grows.
- • Clear, opinionated, and concise communication style, capable of simplifying complex concepts for various audiences.
- • High sense of ownership, a strong bias for action, and sound judgment in decision-making.
- • Bonus: Experience within a high-tech, infrastructure-first company with a fast-evolving product set and business model.
- • Bonus: Exposure to category creation or market education in emerging or complex industries.
- • Bonus: Familiarity with partnering closely with Product and Revenue Operations in fast-scaling environments.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary and significant equity participation.
- • Comprehensive parental leave policy with flexible return-to-work options, including a 4-day work week at full pay for primary carers for the first twelve weeks post-return.
- • Generous leave for secondary carers at full pay.
- • Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model, balancing office-first collaboration with remote flexibility.
- • Opportunity to base yourself with the U.S. team in a brand new WeWork office.
- • Regular team lunches and social events to foster camaraderie and celebrate achievements.
- • Ergonomic workspace provisions, including sit-stand desks, ergonomic chairs, and dedicated quiet and collaboration spaces.
- • Quarterly travel to the nearest company Hub (UK or NZ) for in-person collaboration and team events, with travel and accommodation covered.
