- • As the Global Head of Partner Programs at Pigment SAS, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of the company’s global partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer success through strategic alliances.
- • You will design and manage partner programs across technology, consulting, and system integrator channels, define partner tiers and incentives, enable co-selling motions, and ensure alignment with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
- • You will join a fast-growing, innovative SaaS company recognized as a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Financial Planning Software, backed by nearly $400M in funding and serving global enterprises like Unilever, Snowflake, Siemens, and DPD.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape Pigment’s go-to-market strategy at scale, build a world-class partner organization from the ground up, and directly impact the company’s trajectory as it expands across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

- • Proven experience leading global partner programs or channel sales in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- • Deep understanding of technology, consulting, and system integrator partnership models and co-selling motions
- • Strong track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue impact
- • Experience aligning cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and legal around partner initiatives
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities
