  • • Ping Identity is seeking a visionary Global Head of Revenue Operations to architect and scale the operational engine that fuels predictable revenue growth. This pivotal role sits at the heart of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, acting as the central nervous system connecting Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Partner Operations, Systems, Analytics, Revenue Strategy, and Sales Enablement. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless alignment, driving unparalleled efficiency, and optimizing performance across the entire GTM lifecycle, encompassing both direct and partner-led revenue generation. As a key strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the broader GTM leadership team, you will translate high-level company objectives into tangible, data-driven execution plans, robust scalable processes, and crystal-clear performance visibility for the global revenue organization. This position demands a unique blend of strategic foresight and operational rigor, where you will define the long-term GTM vision while simultaneously ensuring flawless execution in the present.
  • • In this dynamic role, you will spearhead multi-year and annual revenue planning initiatives, meticulously translating overarching strategy into actionable investment priorities, optimized coverage models, and ambitious growth plans. Your expertise will be crucial in driving market segmentation, defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and establishing rigorous account prioritization frameworks to ensure the organization remains laser-focused on the highest-value opportunities. You will be responsible for defining and continuously evolving our coverage models, encompassing direct sales, partner channels, and specialist teams, with the ultimate goal of maximizing both growth and operational efficiency. Furthermore, you will establish sophisticated forecasting methodologies, robust pipeline frameworks, and insightful performance analytics that accurately reflect the health of our GTM strategy and significantly enhance revenue predictability. A key aspect of your role will involve close collaboration with Finance, Marketing, and Partner leadership to ensure that pipeline strategy, demand generation efforts, and revenue targets are in perfect alignment with our strategic growth priorities.
  • • You will be tasked with translating our ambitious GTM strategy into a cohesive, highly scalable execution model that permeates the entire revenue lifecycle. This involves aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Partner organizations around a unified GTM vision and a shared set of revenue objectives. You will operationalize the GTM strategy into clearly defined motions, effective plays, and streamlined workflows that govern the lead-to-revenue journey. A significant part of your contribution will be designing and refining end-to-end GTM motions, including new logo acquisition, expansion opportunities, and partner-led sales, to measurably improve conversion rates and overall growth efficiency. You will proactively identify and systematically eliminate friction points that create disconnects between strategy and execution across the GTM process. Your efforts will focus on driving scalable, global processes that not only reinforce strategic priorities but also provide the flexibility for regional and segment-specific adaptation, ensuring a globally consistent yet locally relevant approach.
  • • Ensuring the GTM systems ecosystem is robust, efficient, and capable of supporting our scalable revenue execution is paramount. You will play a key role in shaping and evolving our GTM technology stack, which includes critical platforms such as CRM, Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools, AI-first platforms, marketing automation solutions, forecasting systems, and advanced analytics tools. Your focus will be on maintaining impeccable data integrity, ensuring reporting accuracy across all systems, and maximizing automation opportunities. You will define the strategic systems roadmap and integration strategy necessary to support our future growth trajectory. Close partnership with IT and data teams will be essential to continuously improve system performance and scalability, ensuring our technology infrastructure keeps pace with our business ambitions.
  • • Delivering the critical insights and performance visibility required for effective revenue leadership will be a core responsibility. You will develop sophisticated executive dashboards and board-level reporting for the CRO and the broader leadership team, providing clear, concise, and actionable intelligence. Your leadership will drive data-driven decision-making across the entire revenue organization, fostering a culture where insights inform strategy and execution. You will establish key leading indicators to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer retention, enabling proactive management. By identifying performance trends and potential challenges early, you will proactively recommend and implement corrective actions to keep the revenue engine running optimally.

You will collaborate closely with leaders across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Partner Operations, Systems, Analytics, and Enablement to champion and drive operational excellence throughout the revenue functions. You will help establish clear operating standards, robust governance models, and best practices that are consistently applied across the global revenue organization. Crucially, you will foster a culture of accountability, operational rigor, and continuous improvement within GTM operations, empowering teams to achieve peak performance.
