- • Lead the Global Help Desk team at Horizon3.ai, a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company, to ensure reliable IT support, device lifecycle management, and seamless onboarding/offboarding for a distributed workforce.
- • Manage day-to-day help desk operations including ticket flow, escalations, endpoint and identity support, while improving processes, building metrics, and partnering with Security, Engineering, and People teams to align support with business and security goals.
- • Join a mission-driven team of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and security practitioners committed to solving critical cybersecurity challenges through the NodeZeroTM platform, which delivers autonomous pentests at scale.
- • Develop leadership and technical expertise in IT operations, service management, and cross-functional collaboration while driving continuous improvement in support tooling, workflows, and employee experience across a global, remote-first organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or IT operations
- • 2+ years of experience leading support analysts or serving as a technical lead in a help desk or IT operations function
- • Strong experience in endpoint support, identity and access administration, device lifecycle management, and service desk operations
- • Proficiency with Okta, MDM platforms, ticketing systems, endpoint management tools, collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom), and asset management systems
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- • Experience supporting a distributed or remote-first workforce and managing escalations to improve service quality
