📋 Description

• The Global ISV Partner Manager will build and scale ClickUp’s strategic ISV ecosystem, with a focus on high-value software partners and AWS Marketplace, turning partnerships into measurable pipeline, revenue, and customer impact.
• Day to day, the role involves recruiting and prioritizing strategic ISV partners, defining and operationalizing AWS Marketplace motions, developing joint business plans, enabling partners to position ClickUp effectively, and establishing operating cadences for partner activation, pipeline inspection, and performance reviews.
• The role sits within ClickUp’s global GTM organization, working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to ensure partner activity drives field execution and customer outcomes across the United States, United Kingdom, and Ireland hubs.
• The person will learn how to shape ecosystem strategy from the ground up, gain deep expertise in AWS Marketplace and co-sell mechanics, and build repeatable partner motions that directly influence ClickUp’s market reach and revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel, business development, or ecosystem roles within enterprise software or SaaS.
• Strong track record building or growing strategic technology, ISV, cloud, or partner-led go-to-market relationships that influenced pipeline or revenue.
• Experience working with cloud marketplaces, co-sell motions, or strategic software-partner ecosystems, ideally including AWS Marketplace exposure.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-management skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
• Demonstrated cross-functional effectiveness with sales, marketing, product, and customer-facing teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, customer engagements, and internal collaboration.
