- • Architect and continuously refine Miele’s global leadership framework—establishing clear principles, behaviors, and competency models that set the gold standard for leaders across 50 countries and 23,000+ employees.
- • Translate strategy into action by designing end-to-end leadership qualification journeys—from high-potential acceleration tracks to executive transition programs—ensuring every initiative directly fuels business growth, innovation, and our “forever better” promise.
- • Act as the go-to thought partner for C-suite and regional presidents, diagnosing leadership gaps, co-creating solutions, and coaching senior executives on how to role-model Miele values while driving commercial results.
- • Orchestrate multi-region rollouts that respect cultural nuances yet maintain one Miele leadership DNA; align with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and regional P&O teams to embed programs into daily workflows and performance cycles.
- • Leverage data analytics and feedback loops to measure leadership impact—KPIs such as engagement, retention of critical talent, and speed to productivity—then iterate programs at sprint speed to keep pace with market shifts.
- • Curate and manage a global faculty of internal experts, external partners, and digital learning assets, negotiating contracts and ensuring ROI while safeguarding Miele’s premium brand experience.
- • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive leadership behaviors into every curriculum, ensuring our global pipeline reflects the customers and communities we serve.
- • Facilitate immersive experiences—action-learning labs, cross-functional business simulations, and customer immersions—that push leaders beyond comfort zones and accelerate strategic thinking.
- • Build a vibrant internal community of practice where leaders share insights, mentor successors, and crowdsource solutions to complex challenges, reinforcing a culture of continuous learning.
- • Report to the Head of People Experience within the CoE; regularly present progress, insights, and future roadmaps to the Global P&O Board and the Family Shareholders, securing resources and sponsorship for bold initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • University degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; Master’s or MBA strongly preferred.
- • 8+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational effectiveness; at least 3 years in a people-leadership role (inside or outside HR).
- • Demonstrated success designing and scaling leadership programs across multiple geographies and cultures; fluent in English, with additional languages a clear advantage.
- • Exceptional consulting and stakeholder-influence skills—comfortable challenging senior executives while maintaining trust and credibility.
