  • • As the Global Director of Marketing at Partly Limited, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's global presence and market perception. This is a pivotal, hands-on leadership role focused on building the marketing function from its inception. You will be responsible for defining and owning how Partly communicates its value proposition across narrative, product truth, enterprise credibility, and go-to-market strategies as the company scales from its current traction into a multi-market, infrastructure-grade entity.
  • • This senior position requires an individual who thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing within complex B2B environments. You will not be inheriting an established department; instead, you will be the architect of its foundations. Your primary focus will be to establish clarity on what Partly is, who it serves, how it is priced, and why potential buyers should place their trust in our solutions.
  • • Your mandate extends beyond traditional marketing outputs. You will be the custodian of 'market truth,' ensuring a consistent and accurate understanding of our position in the market. This involves defining our category, articulating the promises we make (and crucially, those we refrain from making), and ensuring that enterprises, partners, and users clearly comprehend the nature of our infrastructure.
  • • A key responsibility will be to communicate our value proposition with speed and clarity, enabling scalable growth without relying on bespoke narratives, founder-led sales efforts, or inconsistent pricing models. You will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and serve as a core strategic partner to the CEO and the Enterprise Sales team, positioning yourself at the nexus of product, commercial, and go-to-market decision-making.
  • • Over time, your objective is to build a lean, high-leverage marketing organization that champions clarity, credibility, and long-term durability above sheer volume of activity.
  • • Marketing Strategy, Narrative & GTM Definition:
  • • You will own Partly’s global positioning, establishing a definitive category narrative and a robust segmentation framework that encompasses all customer types, including enterprises, insurers, OEMs, dealers, repairers, suppliers, and consumers.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be to clearly define what Partly is and, equally importantly, what it is not. This distinction must be consistently upheld across all customer touchpoints, including sales conversations, marketing content, product launches, partnership initiatives, and pricing strategies.
  • • You will translate the overarching company strategy, the product roadmap, and the maturity of our network into precise go-to-market definitions that guide the execution efforts of other teams.
  • • You will serve as the ultimate authority on the quality and consistency of our external narrative, ensuring it accurately reflects our capabilities and market position.
  • • Product Marketing & Product-to-Market Translation:
  • • You will oversee product marketing comprehensively, from initial segmentation and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition to crafting compelling value propositions, framing product features effectively, and ensuring launch readiness.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to translate complex technical capabilities and future roadmap items into credible, buyer-centric value propositions, avoiding both oversimplification and over-promising.
  • • Your goal is to ensure that product launches are not only technically sound but also externally coherent, internally understood, and commercially viable.
  • • Enterprise Credibility, Proof & Trust Building:
  • • You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Partly’s enterprise-grade credibility through the development of compelling case studies, robust proof points, clear auditability narratives, effective ROI framing, and demonstrable durability signals.
  • • You will ensure that enterprise buyers gain an accurate understanding of Partly early in the sales cycle, thereby reducing the need for extensive re-education, minimizing sales friction, and preventing misclassification (e.g., distinguishing between a 'marketplace' and 'infrastructure' solution).
  • • In partnership with the Enterprise Sales team, you will develop critical assets that demonstrably improve win rates, enhance deal quality, and foster long-term account health.
  • • Pricing Guardrails & Commercial Structure:
  • • You will own the pricing and commercial structure of our offerings, working closely with a direct report responsible for Commercial Strategy and Pricing.
  • • Your oversight will ensure that pricing, packaging, and deal structures effectively reinforce our core narrative and maintain economic discipline.
  • • By establishing clear guardrails and escalation paths, you will work to reduce the occurrence of bespoke deals, minimize margin leakage, and decrease overall complexity.
  • • Brand, PR & External Presence:
  • • You will own Partly’s brand positioning, define our sponsorship strategy, and ensure the quality of our external communications.
  • • You will ensure that public relations, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives actively reinforce our category narrative rather than dilute it.
  • • You will make strategic decisions about where Partly engages externally, and equally importantly, where it chooses not to.
  • • Org Design & Capability Building:
  • • You will build and lead a small, senior, and high-leverage marketing team, initially focusing on Pricing/Commercial Strategy and Rails Marketing.
  • • You will establish operating rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and quality standards for all marketing activities across the organization.
  • • You will partner with the VP Global Operations to ensure marketing execution aligns with go-to-market definitions, without directly owning their quotas or channels.
