  • • As the Global Marketing Operations Manager at GE HealthCare Technologies Inc., you will be an integral part of the Global Marketing Operations team, playing a pivotal role in the execution, continuous optimization, and robust governance of our core marketing systems, processes, and programs. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring operational excellence across all global marketing campaigns, maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of our critical Martech tools, and ultimately enabling best-in-class marketing execution for the Imaging portfolio.
  • • In this role, you will provide crucial day-to-day management and ongoing optimization of our sophisticated marketing technology ecosystem. This includes key platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, Showpad, and the Adobe Experience Cloud. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring these systems are leveraged to their full potential, supporting seamless marketing operations.
  • • You will actively support the administration of Marketo programs, meticulously managing campaign workflows, ensuring accurate list segmentation, and generating insightful reports. This involves a deep understanding of email marketing best practices and automation to drive engagement and lead nurturing.
  • • A significant responsibility will be coordinating the LMR (Legal, Medical, Regulatory) review process. You will ensure that all marketing assets rigorously adhere to compliance, branding, and regulatory standards, safeguarding the company's reputation and adherence to industry guidelines.
  • • You will be tasked with monitoring and tracking the performance of marketing assets, contributing to the maintenance of strong governance frameworks. This includes ensuring accurate metadata tagging and maintaining an organized library structure for efficient asset retrieval and management.
  • • This position involves supporting essential administrative tasks, including Purchase Order (PO) processing, vendor onboarding procedures, and the meticulous documentation required for KOL (Key Opinion Leader) governance and compliance. This ensures that all external engagements are managed ethically and according to policy.
  • • You will play a role in piloting and documenting the effective use of emerging AI-enabled marketing tools, staying at the forefront of technological advancements and integrating innovative solutions into our marketing strategies.
  • • You will provide critical support in note-taking, diligently following up on action items from important meetings, and organizing key meetings to ensure the seamless coordination of critical marketing activities and operational initiatives.
  • • In the realm of Integrated Campaign Execution, you will support creative development workflows and actively manage the execution of global Imaging campaigns. This involves working closely with creative teams and ensuring campaigns are launched on time and meet strategic objectives.
  • • You will coordinate "always-on" marketing programs, such as sophisticated email nurture streams, impactful webinars, and diverse digital marketing activities, ensuring consistent engagement with our target audiences.
  • • Furthermore, you will provide essential logistical and project support for KOL and Thought Leader advocacy boards and events, facilitating valuable interactions and knowledge sharing.
  • • For Marketing Excellence & Enablement, you will assist with internal Imaging communications, preparing and coordinating the distribution of content to relevant stakeholders.
  • • You will support the planning and logistical execution of the annual global marketing summit, a key event for aligning marketing strategies and fostering collaboration.
  • • You will also help maintain up-to-date training materials and assist in organizing training sessions to ensure the marketing team is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.
  • • Contributing to Team Operations & Collaboration, you will actively participate in KPI tracking, documentation, and reporting, providing insights into marketing performance.
  • • You will support budget tracking activities, including meticulous spend documentation and the preparation of vendor estimates, ensuring financial accountability.
  • • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with cross-functional teams, actively gathering feedback and championing process improvements to enhance overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
