- • The Global Operations Intern role at Emma Matratzen GmbH offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the world’s largest D2C sleep brand, supporting operational excellence across international markets while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-growing, innovative company.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting global operations initiatives, assisting with process optimization, coordinating cross-functional projects, analyzing operational data to identify improvement opportunities, and helping implement standard operating procedures across regional teams.

- • The intern will gain practical experience in global operations management, develop analytical and project coordination skills, learn about international supply chain and retail operations, and build a foundation for a career in operations, logistics, or international business within a high-growth consumer brand.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across international teams
- • Fluency in English; additional language skills (especially German, French, or Spanish) are a plus
- • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- • Availability for a full-time internship of at least 4–6 months
