- • The Global Partner Enablement Manager at Deel will architect and lead a world-class enablement ecosystem that empowers both internal partnership teams and the global partner network, ensuring partners are equipped to drive Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) and scale Deel’s go-to-market motions across Venture Capital, Professional Services, System Integrators, Technology partners, and reseller channels.
- • This role is pivotal in transforming Deel’s partner enablement from ad-hoc support to a structured, scalable function aligned with company-wide priorities, directly contributing to the company’s mission of unlocking global opportunity by enabling seamless, compliant, and efficient global hiring and payroll solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the global enablement strategy and owning North Star outcomes focused on partner activation and SQO generation; designing and launching structured onboarding journeys for new Partnerships team hires; owning and maintaining the Partnerships Hub on Deel’s internal knowledge base; and leading weekly enablement sessions for Partner Managers to ensure alignment on processes, product updates, and GTM plays.
- • The role involves building and maintaining high-impact partner enablement kits—including talk tracks, co-sell playbooks, discovery checklists, and FAQs—tailored by partner type and region; driving the vision and roadmap for Deel Academy for Partners and the Content Hub within the Deel Partner Portal; and standardizing partner-facing materials to ensure global consistency across all motions.
- • Innovation is central: the manager will lead the adoption of AI tools to automate content creation, personalize partner communications, and streamline knowledge management; identify high-friction workflows for AI-driven improvements; and champion automation within Deel’s internal knowledge base and Partner Portal to increase speed, coverage, and scalability of enablement programs.
- • The Partner Enablement Manager will collaborate closely with Partnerships leadership, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, and GTM Enablement teams to translate business priorities into practical, high-impact programs that drive measurable outcomes across global markets and time zones.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6-8 years of experience in Partner Enablement, GTM Enablement, or Channel Leadership within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
- • Proven builder with demonstrated ability to design and operationalize workflows, processes, and playbooks from scratch.
- • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, PRM/LMS platforms, Monday.com, Looker, and enablement analytics.
- • Strong interest in AI-driven efficiency and experience leading AI adoption for content automation and knowledge management.
- • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across global teams and time zones.
- • Data-informed and outcomes-focused; capable of defining KPIs, assessing effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement.
