📋 Description

• • As a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist EMEA/LATAM, you will be responsible for technically implementing new customers onto Remote’s Global Payroll solution platform, ensuring accurate and timely setup of payroll processes across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
• • Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for payroll customers, analyze their payroll needs, configure Remote’s system, coordinate parallel payroll runs, manage wage-based tax reconciliations, verify statutory compliance, oversee payroll Go-Live, and hand off accurate setups to the Payroll Operations team.
• • You will join the Global Payroll Experience & Implementations team at Remote, a fully remote company with team members across six continents, dedicated to solving global employment challenges through innovation, automation, and AI-driven HR solutions.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global payroll compliance, technical implementation, stakeholder management, and process optimization, while gaining exposure to international HR tech platforms and contributing to the scalability of Remote’s payroll infrastructure in emerging markets.
