📋 Description

• • As a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist EMEA/LATAM, you will be responsible for technically implementing new customers onto Remote’s Global Payroll solution platform, ensuring accurate and timely setup of payroll processes across multiple countries and legal entities.
• • Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for payroll customers, analyze their payroll needs, configure Remote’s Global Payroll system, coordinate parallel payroll runs, verify statutory compliance, manage go-live activities, and hand over accurate payroll setups to the Payroll Operations team.
• • You will join the Global Payroll Experience & Implementations team at Remote Technologies Inc., a fully remote company with team members across six continents, dedicated to solving global employment challenges through innovation, automation, and AI-driven HR solutions.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global payroll compliance, technical implementation, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining exposure to international payroll systems, process improvement initiatives, and customer success strategies in a fast-paced, asynchronous work environment.
