• • The Global Payroll Manager leads end-to-end payroll operations for Kognitiv Inc. across North America, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing in a remote, multi-entity environment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing payroll processing, tax withholdings, benefits integration, garnishments, reporting, compliance, audits, year-end processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and vendor relationships.
