- • The Global Senior Equity Specialist, Payroll at Pebl Technologies Inc. plays a critical role in administering and managing global equity compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across 185+ countries.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include administering equity awards (RSUs, stock options, tokens), managing registration and data input in the proprietary Global Work Platform (GWP), supporting payroll and tax integration for equity events, reconciling transactions with finance systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing audit-ready reports, and driving process improvements through automation and SOP development.
- • The role operates within Pebl’s AI-powered Global Work Platform™ team, collaborating closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to support the full lifecycle of equity compensation while advancing the company’s mission to remove barriers to global hiring and scaling.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global equity administration, gain exposure to cross-border payroll and tax compliance, develop process automation skills, and contribute to scalable systems that support international workforce growth—positioning you as a trusted subject matter expert in equity operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in equity administration, stock plan administration, or compensation operations
- • Strong understanding of equity award types (RSUs, stock options, Tokens) and taxation of equity compensation (US and/or global)
- • Familiarity with payroll processes and integration points
- • Experience supporting audits and compliance frameworks (SOC preferred)
- • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
