- • The Global Product Lead for CTV at Moloco serves as the connective tissue between market reality and product development, driving the bidirectional flow of intelligence between customers, sales, and product/engineering teams to shape the CTV business strategy and roadmap.
- • Day to day, the role involves building a high-fidelity market intelligence engine, owning alpha/beta campaign operations end-to-end, designing a scalable global GTM operating model across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, and building customer health and retention infrastructure to prevent churn and drive sustainable revenue.
- • Moloco is a Silicon Valley-headquartered AI advertising company with global offices, building powerful machine learning-powered solutions like Moloco Ads and Moloco Commerce Media to democratize advanced AI for businesses of all sizes, backed by pioneers from Google’s YouTube monetization and search ad systems.
- • In this role, you will build the GPL function from scratch, write the playbook, establish operating rhythms, and create systems that get smarter over time—directly influencing product roadmap, improving test success rates, enabling 10x campaign volume without 10x headcount, and earning a seat at the table in technical discussions with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in product operations, GTM strategy, technical account management, or solutions consulting within ad tech, performance marketing, or programmatic advertising
- • Deep fluency in advertiser measurement frameworks—CPA, ROAS, incrementality, MMP attribution—and specific nuances of CTV measurement including view-through, assisted vs. attributed conversions, and MMP setting changes
- • Proven ability to design end-to-end operating models with clear ownership, handoffs, and escalation paths across Sales, GTM, DS, PM, and Engineering
- • Track record of building genuine trust with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams by actively participating in technical discussions and earning a seat at the table in roadmap prioritization
- • Ability to extract non-obvious insights from customer interactions, translating them into product feedback with analytical rigor and jobs-to-be-done thinking
- • Experience translating raw data science findings into clear, contextual, sales-ready communication, owning the “one voice” framework to prevent misinterpretation by Sales
- • AI-first operational mindset: actively seeking to automate, templatize, and self-service repeatable work to reduce operational involvement over time
- • Effective global coordination skills to build consistent frameworks across AMER, EMEA, and APAC without creating bureaucracy
- • Builder’s mentality: experience operating with extreme ownership in zero-to-one environments, writing playbooks from scratch, and thriving as the single point of accountability in ambiguous situations
