- • This role is structured as an 80% inbound, 20% outbound position, demanding exceptional discovery skills, rigorous sales execution, and a proven ability to cultivate and close opportunities. You will be an integral part of our sales ecosystem, working in close collaboration with Marketing and Business Development teams. Your primary responsibility will be to own the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to successful closing, while simultaneously building and nurturing trusted, long-term relationships with organizations that are actively navigating the complexities of the modern global workforce.
- • As a Global Solutions Advisor, your core mission will be to drive revenue growth by expertly converting inbound leads, sourced from marketing initiatives and Business Development Representative (BDR) efforts, into qualified pipeline and ultimately, closed business. This involves conducting high-impact discovery sessions designed to deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and strategic objectives. You will then skillfully align Safeguard Global's innovative solutions to address these specific requirements, articulating clear value propositions that resonate with prospective clients.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to foster a sense of urgency and maintain consistent momentum throughout the sales process. This will be achieved through proactive and thoughtful follow-up, adept objection handling, and compelling articulation of the unique benefits and ROI our solutions provide. Furthermore, you will be expected to proactively source additional opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting efforts, ensuring a robust and healthy pipeline at all times. This self-generated motion is crucial for maintaining consistent pipeline health and demonstrating personal ownership of your sales targets.
- • You will be entrusted with the complete ownership of the sales process, guiding prospects seamlessly from the initial discovery phase all the way through to the final close. This includes leading complex negotiations, confidently steering prospects through their buying journey, and consistently applying a value-selling approach that emphasizes the strategic advantages and business outcomes our clients can achieve.
- • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and ensuring clear visibility into your pipeline is paramount. You will leverage Salesforce, our modern CRM platform, to meticulously track all activities, manage opportunities, and provide reliable data for forecasting. You will be expected to consistently inspect the health of your deals, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to de-risk and accelerate opportunities towards a successful close.
- • Collaboration is key to success at Safeguard Global. You will partner closely with the Marketing team to optimize lead quality, refine lead attribution models, and enhance conversion rates. You will also work alongside BDRs to maximize the effectiveness of outbound campaigns and ensure a seamless, high-quality handoff between the qualification stage and your closing responsibilities. Furthermore, you will collaborate with Solutions Consulting and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth and efficient deal execution and a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
