  • • Embark on a pivotal role as a Global Solutions Advisor at Safeguard Global, a company at the forefront of enabling businesses to navigate the complexities of global employment. This position, based in Shenzhen, China, is designed for a highly motivated and accomplished sales professional eager to drive revenue growth within our dynamic and rapidly expanding sales organization.
  • • As a Global Solutions Advisor, you will be instrumental in converting inbound interest into tangible revenue and proactively generating new business opportunities through disciplined outbound prospecting. This role is structured as an 80% inbound, 20% outbound engagement, demanding exceptional discovery skills, rigorous sales execution, and a proactive approach to opportunity creation.
  • • You will collaborate closely with our Marketing and Business Development teams, taking full ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure. A key aspect of your role will be building and nurturing trusted relationships with organizations that are actively planning for and adapting to the future of work, a landscape increasingly defined by global talent mobility and distributed teams.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to convert inbound leads, including those generated by marketing campaigns and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), into qualified pipeline opportunities and ultimately, closed deals. This requires a keen ability to understand prospect needs and effectively communicate how Safeguard Global's solutions can address them.
  • • You will conduct high-impact discovery sessions, meticulously diagnosing customer challenges and pain points. This deep understanding will enable you to expertly align Safeguard Global's offerings with their specific requirements, demonstrating clear value and a compelling return on investment.
  • • Driving urgency and maintaining momentum throughout the sales process will be critical. This involves thoughtful and persistent follow-up, adept objection handling, and consistently articulating the unique value proposition of our services.
  • • Beyond inbound leads, you will actively source additional opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting efforts. This proactive approach ensures a healthy and consistent pipeline, demonstrating personal ownership and a commitment to exceeding targets.
  • • You will own the entire sales process, from the initial discovery call through to the final close. This end-to-end responsibility requires a comprehensive understanding of sales methodologies and a commitment to guiding prospects through their buying journey.
  • • Leading negotiations and confidently guiding prospects through complex purchasing decisions will be a core function. Employing a value-selling approach, you will focus on the benefits and outcomes Safeguard Global delivers, rather than just features.
  • • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and ensuring clear pipeline visibility is essential for strategic planning and team alignment. You will leverage Salesforce, our CRM platform, to meticulously track all sales activities and progress.
  • • You will consistently inspect the health of your deals, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to de-risk and accelerate opportunities towards a successful close.
  • • Close partnership with the Marketing team is vital to optimize lead quality, improve lead attribution, and enhance conversion rates. Your feedback will directly inform marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
  • • Working alongside BDRs, you will maximize outbound effectiveness and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads, fostering a collaborative and efficient sales development process.
  • • Collaboration with Solutions Consulting and Customer Success teams will be crucial for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients throughout the entire deal execution and onboarding process.
  • • A commitment to continuous self-assessment and a proactive approach to seeking coaching and enablement opportunities will be expected, ensuring you remain at the top of your game.
  • • You will be expected to continuously refine your selling skills, deepen your business acumen, and stay abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and provide exceptional value to prospects.
