• • The Global Talent Acquisition Enablement Partner role at Iron Mountain is pivotal in transforming the Talent Acquisition function into a proactive, data-driven powerhouse that supports global hiring strategy and competitive advantage.
• • Day to day, you will leverage AI and advanced analytics to optimize recruiting workflows, forecast workforce needs, analyze labor market trends, and provide strategic insights to leadership on talent acquisition and hiring quality.
• • You will join Iron Mountain’s Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director of TA Operations & Programs, collaborating with HR, recruitment, and business leaders to build tools like a Global Talent Acquisition playbook and advise on talent strategy.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in talent intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and data-led HR strategy, enabling you to drive measurable improvements in hiring efficiency and quality while advancing your career in a purpose-driven organization focused on sustainability and innovation.
