You will work closely with our recruitment and hiring teams to understand our strategic talent needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and execute them with precision and efficiency.
  • Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for a wide range of technical roles, including but not limited to software engineers, data scientists, AI/ML specialists, cloud architects, cybersecurity experts, and project managers. This requires a deep understanding of the tech landscape, emerging trends, and the specific skill sets that drive success in these domains.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional job boards. This includes leveraging a diverse range of tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, industry-specific forums, professional networks, and other innovative channels to uncover passive and active candidates.
  • A key aspect of your role will be to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. This involves proactive outreach, engaging potential candidates through compelling messaging, and fostering relationships to create a strong employer brand presence within the global tech community.
  • You will conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates are presented to the hiring managers. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to quickly assess a candidate's potential.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR and hiring teams to gain a thorough understanding of job requirements, team dynamics, and the overall strategic objectives of Volga Partners.   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and providing valuable insights into pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Volga Partners' employer branding initiatives, helping to position us as an employer of choice within the global talent market.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and candidate engagement to the recruitment team and relevant stakeholders.

  • Continuously learn and adapt to new sourcing tools and technologies, staying at the forefront of recruitment innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar recruitment role, with a strong focus on technical and/or AI-related positions.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other specialized technical sourcing channels.
  • Excellent understanding of the technology landscape, including common programming languages, frameworks, cloud technologies, and AI/ML concepts.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates effectively.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining candidate databases.
