- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing our talent pipeline, ensuring Volga Partners continues to attract and retain the brightest minds in the industry. You will work closely with our recruitment and hiring teams to understand our strategic talent needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and execute them with precision and efficiency.
- • Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for a wide range of technical roles, including but not limited to software engineers, data scientists, AI/ML specialists, cloud architects, cybersecurity experts, and project managers. This requires a deep understanding of the tech landscape, emerging trends, and the specific skill sets that drive success in these domains.
- • You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional job boards. This includes leveraging a diverse range of tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, industry-specific forums, professional networks, and other innovative channels to uncover passive and active candidates.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. This involves proactive outreach, engaging potential candidates through compelling messaging, and fostering relationships to create a strong employer brand presence within the global tech community.

- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and providing valuable insights into pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar recruitment role, with a strong focus on technical and/or AI-related positions.
- • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other specialized technical sourcing channels.
- • Excellent understanding of the technology landscape, including common programming languages, frameworks, cloud technologies, and AI/ML concepts.
- • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates effectively.
- • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining candidate databases.
