- • As Global Tax Director at Glovo (Delivery Hero SE), you will drive tax strategy and compliance on a global scale, ensuring alignment with company objectives while managing risk and optimization across all markets.
- • You will own tax compliance, risk management, and tax optimization; oversee tax accounting and reporting; strengthen global tax governance; modernize processes through automation; and lead a team of 8 tax professionals.
- • You will partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities to build strong relationships and ensure transparency through forecasting and KPIs.
- • Reporting to the Global Finance Director, you will anticipate global tax developments, set and review team goals, and contribute to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, international startup environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in global tax compliance, risk management, and tax optimization across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Strong background in tax accounting, reporting, and forecasting with ability to produce high-quality, timely outputs.
- • Experience leading and developing a team of tax professionals (team size of 8+ preferred).
- • Expertise in strengthening tax governance frameworks, internal controls, and policy alignment.
- • Proficiency in modernizing tax processes through automation and technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities.
