- • As the Global Time & Attendance Product Strategy Lead, you will ensure that Time & Attendance systems and processes across all countries are designed and implemented in line with statutory requirements, reducing compliance risk and supporting defensible audit outcomes.
- • You will partner with T&A, Payroll Operations, Product, and Implementation teams to integrate country-specific labor law requirements into system design and configuration, translate legislative requirements into functional controls, and serve as the central compliance point of contact for all T&A-related initiatives.

- • You will build compliance into every stage of T&A project delivery, establish governance frameworks that balance regulatory rigor with scalable delivery, and gain exposure to diverse labor law environments, working time regulations, and collective bargaining frameworks globally while shaping and maturing T&A compliance governance frameworks at scale.
