- • As the Global Time & Attendance Product Strategy Lead at Remote Technologies Inc., you will ensure that Time & Attendance systems and processes across all countries are designed and implemented in line with statutory requirements, reducing compliance risk and supporting defensible audit outcomes.
- • You will partner with T&A, Payroll Operations, Product, and Implementation teams to integrate country-specific labor law requirements into system design and configuration, ensuring compliance reviews are built into project lifecycles from requirements gathering through go-live readiness.
- • You will serve as the central compliance liaison, translating legislative requirements into clear system controls, establishing governance frameworks, and coordinating audit responses while working closely with country compliance experts, Product, and Payroll Operations to ensure solutions are compliant by design.
- • You will develop and maintain T&A compliance documentation, identify compliance gaps before they create exposure, and recommend corrective actions, all while influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority in a complex, matrixed global organization.
- • This role offers direct impact on compliance outcomes across a global, multi-country workforce, the opportunity to shape and mature T&A compliance governance frameworks at scale, and exposure to diverse labor law environments, working time regulations, and collective bargaining frameworks globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience with global payroll Time & Attendance systems (e.g., Workday Time Tracking, UKG, ADP, Ceridian Dayforce) across multiple jurisdictions
- • Strong understanding of T&A compliance requirements, including working time directives, overtime calculations, rest period enforcement, accrual methodologies, and statutory record-keeping obligations
- • Ability to interpret labor legislation and translate statutory requirements into operational controls and system functionality
- • Strong project management skills, with experience embedding compliance into agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
