📋 Description

• • As the Global Total Rewards Leader at WEX Inc., you will design, implement, and manage global total rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent while spearheading the AI transition of the Total Rewards function using generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
• • Day to day, you will lead AI-driven transformation initiatives such as predictive salary benchmarking and automated job leveling, develop global compensation and benefits strategies, oversee executive compensation plans, modernize wellness and retirement programs, prepare board-level presentations, partner with HR analytics for data-driven insights, collaborate with TA and HRBPs on talent strategies, ensure global compliance with banking and federal regulations, manage third-party vendors, and lead a team of 10–15 global resources.
