The objective is to deliver exceptional, end-to-end product experiences that seamlessly integrate both physical and digital domains. Success in this position will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goal of capturing over 50% market share for Anterior C&B.
• • You will engage in close collaboration with a diverse range of departments, including engineering, specialized dental design experts, operations, product marketing, and other key stakeholders. This cross-functional partnership is essential for implementing innovative features and compelling value propositions that will significantly differentiate our products within the competitive market landscape.
• • A core responsibility will be the meticulous execution of critical components of the overarching product strategy. Simultaneously, you will cultivate a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through to market delivery and ongoing optimization.
• • **Product Strategy & Execution:** You will assume ownership of the complete end-to-end product lifecycle for the Anterior Crown & Bridge (C&B) portfolio. This includes the conceptualization, development, and launch of features specifically designed to directly contribute to Dandy's strategic objective of achieving a dominant >50% market share. A key aspect of this responsibility involves expertly managing product expectations across both physical and digital workflows, ensuring absolute seamless alignment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
