- • Your primary mission will be to identify, validate, and launch new growth engines for Fundraise Up. This involves deep market analysis, strategic planning, and meticulous execution to ensure successful entry and sustained growth in diverse markets. You will be empowered to make critical decisions, build and lead high-performing teams, and navigate the complexities of international business to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- • **Market Expansion & Strategy:**
- • Develop and meticulously execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for emerging markets, encompassing market prioritization, detailed entry plans, and tailored localization strategies to resonate with local cultures and business practices.
- • Proactively identify and pursue high-impact opportunities to accelerate top-line growth by exploring new geographies, forging strategic partnerships, and penetrating underserved customer segments.
- • Collaborate closely with our Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure our offerings are not only adapted for regional relevance but also maintain the global consistency and quality that define the Fundraise Up brand.
- • **Revenue & Sales Leadership:**
- • Define, set, and rigorously achieve ambitious global sales targets, quotas, performance goals, and growth outcomes for all new markets, ensuring alignment with overarching company revenue objectives.
- • Build, mentor, and scale dynamic, cross-functional regional teams, including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- • Spearhead critical revenue-generating initiatives, including the development and implementation of innovative pricing strategies, targeted promotions, and effective monetization models.
- • Establish robust sales processes, implement sophisticated pipeline management techniques, and develop performance frameworks that drive predictable, repeatable, and scalable revenue growth.
- • **Operational Ownership:**
- • Take full ownership of all operational aspects of new market launches, including strategic hiring, organizational design, and ensuring strict adherence to local compliance regulations, thereby building scalable and sustainable business foundations.
- • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish comprehensive reporting frameworks to meticulously track performance, identify areas for optimization, and drive efficiency, profitability, and accelerated growth.
