- • As the President of Research Partnership USA, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategic vision for our pharmaceutical research business within the dynamic US market. This pivotal leadership role is central to our ambitious growth strategy, aiming to significantly scale our operations and impact in one of the world's leading healthcare landscapes.
- • You will assume full P&L responsibility for the US Pharma business unit, ensuring the achievement of financial targets and operational excellence. This involves meticulous financial oversight, strategic resource allocation, and driving profitability through efficiency and innovation.
- • Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a robust growth strategy for the US market. This will require a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable plans that align with global strategic priorities.
- • You will lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of approximately 40 researchers, ranging from early-career professionals to Vice Presidents. This includes setting clear performance expectations, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, identifying training needs, and providing dedicated coaching to empower individuals and teams to reach their full potential.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to strategically shape and structure the US team to support our growth objectives. This encompasses full hiring and firing responsibilities, ensuring we have the right talent in place to execute our strategy effectively.
- • You will actively seek and cultivate opportunities for synergy and collaboration across the broader Inizio Ignite and Research Partnership ecosystem. By fostering cross-functional partnerships, you will unlock new avenues for growth and enhance our integrated service offering.

- • Significant leadership experience in primary market research (qualitative and quantitative) within the healthcare industry.
- • Demonstrable success in growing a primary research client-base, with strong personal sales capabilities and leadership over commercial activities.
- • Proven track record of driving growth and organization-wide revenue generation.
- • Strong team leadership and development skills, with experience in mentoring leaders and their teams.
- • Hands-on expertise with both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- • Financial acumen, including comfort with key P&L metrics and using business forecasting to drive investment decisions.
