This includes holding full Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability, developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy, and overseeing all operational activities. - • A core objective of your tenure will be to successfully transition the business to employee ownership. This involves not only financial and operational improvements but also cultivating an environment where employees feel empowered and invested in the company's future. You will play a crucial role in educating the team about the benefits of employee ownership and guiding them through this transformative process, ensuring a smooth and successful handover.
- • You will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within the Inland Empire market and beyond. This involves conducting thorough market analysis, developing innovative strategies to expand market share, and forging strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders. - • As part of the broader Teamshares network, you will benefit from a supportive ecosystem designed for the success of small businesses. You will report to a dedicated Teamshares Industry Lead, who will serve as a strategic partner. - • The role demands a proactive and hands-on approach. You will be expected to immerse yourself in the business, understand its intricacies, and make decisive actions to drive improvement. This includes everything from strategic planning to tactical execution, ensuring that all aspects of the business are aligned with the overarching goals.
- • Ultimately, your success will be measured by the company's increased profitability, the successful implementation of employee ownership, and the overall health and growth of the business. You will be a key player in Teamshares' mission to create $10 billion of stock wealth for wage workers and ensure the continued flourishing of vital small businesses and the communities they serve.
- • This position offers a unique blend of autonomy and support, allowing you to lead a business with the backing of a robust and mission-driven organization. You will be empowered to make significant decisions while having access to a network of peers and experts for collaboration and advice.
- • You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational efficiencies, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service delivery. This includes managing supply chains, optimizing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
