  • • As the Managing Director - Delivery (Europe) at TechTorch Solutions Inc., you will step into a pivotal senior executive role, taking ultimate responsibility for the successful delivery of enterprise transformation programs across the European market.   • • You will be the linchpin of our client relationships and execution model in Europe, overseeing a portfolio of complex, multi-workstream programs. Your leadership will ensure consistent, high-quality execution, driving client trust and commercial success in fast-paced, high-accountability environments where delivery excellence is paramount.
  • • A core facet of your role will be the strategic expansion of existing client accounts. You will actively drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives, identifying and shaping new opportunities in partnership with TechTorch leadership, leveraging your deep understanding of our service offerings across AI, data, CRM, and automation.
  • • You will provide executive-level oversight for up to four concurrent client programs, meticulously ensuring the quality, speed, and tangible outcomes of each initiative. This involves a hands-on approach to program governance, risk management, and value realization, ensuring alignment with client objectives and TechTorch's delivery standards.
  • • Leading and developing a team of Delivery Managers is a critical responsibility. You will provide clear direction, robust coaching, effective performance management, and essential escalation support, fostering a high-performing delivery organization.
  • • As a senior client partner, you will engage directly and regularly with C-level stakeholders. Your ability to build rapport, understand their strategic priorities, communicate progress, articulate risks, and demonstrate value realization will be key to nurturing strong, long-term client relationships.
  • • You will be instrumental in shaping proposals, defining delivery approaches, and structuring commercial models for new engagements, working collaboratively with our sales and leadership teams to secure and deliver impactful projects.
