- ā¢ Your mandate will encompass a broad spectrum of strategic initiatives, including spearheading business development efforts, cultivating and nurturing vital strategic relationships, and fostering robust ecosystem growth. You will serve as the primary and most crucial representative of the Monad Foundation, engaging directly with leading Korean enterprises, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.

This includes, but is not limited to, pioneering advancements in digital payments, the tokenization of Real-World Assets (RWAs), and the transformation of traditional capital markets through blockchain technology.

šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Minimum of 8 years of progressive business development experience, with at least 3 years specifically within the blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 startup sectors.
- ā¢ Demonstrated deep understanding of the South Korean market dynamics, including a proven track record of successfully engaging with both retail and institutional investors.
- ā¢ An established and robust network of contacts across local Web3 startups, financial institutions, and enterprises within South Korea.
- ā¢ A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership, capable of driving initiatives from initial ideation through to successful execution.
- ā¢ Native-level fluency in both Korean and English, encompassing both written and verbal communication skills.
