- • Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams of Backend, Frontend, and AI engineers to ensure technical and business alignment in a key R&D role focused on scalable event-driven architectures.
- • Design and validate scalable, event-driven software architectures; coordinate implementation of distributed, high-concurrency systems; and enforce development best practices, quality, and scalability standards.
- • Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps and strategies; act as a technical reference within the team, driving continuous improvement and participating in key technical decisions alongside other area leaders.
- • Grow as a senior technical leader in a hybrid environment in Polanco, CDMX, leading multidisciplinary initiatives that bridge IA, backend, and frontend domains while contributing to the evolution of the team and platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 4 years of solid experience as a Backend Engineer, ideally with Go (Golang) (REQUIRED).
- • At least 2 years of prior experience in technical leadership or Team Leader roles (EXCLUSIVE).
- • Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures.
- • Experience designing distributed and scalable systems.
- • General knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., React) for team interaction.
- • Experience with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka (preferred), Apache Pulsar (preferred), or RabbitMQ/similar (desirable).
