• • As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer at SenseOn, you will be at the forefront of our AI-first strategy, playing a pivotal role in building, shipping, and operating the internal systems that drive our commercial success. This is a unique opportunity to blend software engineering principles with the dynamic demands of a go-to-market engine, directly impacting pipeline creation and accelerating customer outcomes.
• • You will be responsible for expanding and maintaining our critical internal GTM systems. This includes developing and refining agent workflows, building robust integrations with other platforms, architecting and managing data pipelines, and creating essential internal tools, all deployed on a modern cloud infrastructure.
• • A core aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our commercial teams. You will translate their evolving needs and challenges into reliable, secure, and measurable technical capabilities, ensuring our GTM operations are efficient and effective.
• • We are looking for individuals who thrive on end-to-end ownership. This means you'll be involved in every stage of the process: from defining the problem and conceptualizing solutions, to shipping high-quality code, and finally, operating and iterating on these systems with a commitment to the highest standards of performance and reliability.
• • This position is ideally suited for an engineer who is passionate about applying their technical acumen to achieve tangible revenue outcomes. You will need to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape in which SenseOn operates.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass building and maintaining production-grade services and automations that directly support pipeline generation and customer engagement workflows. This includes developing functionalities for lead routing, data enrichment, scoring mechanisms, workflow orchestration, and seamless CRM write-backs.
• • You will also play a key role in extending and enhancing our internal agent stack, known as Apex, and the sophisticated workflows that underpin its operation. This involves understanding and improving the core components that drive our AI-powered GTM efforts.
• • A significant part of your work will involve leveraging cutting-edge AI coding assistants such as Codex, Claude Code, and Gemini to accelerate development cycles. Crucially, you will be expected to maintain rigorous quality assurance and ensure the correctness of the code generated and implemented.
• • Building and maintaining production-grade integrations is paramount. You will utilize APIs and event-driven patterns, including webhooks, to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• • You will be instrumental in creating and maintaining automated build, test, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) using tools like GitHub Actions or equivalent. This ensures that changes are deployed safely, efficiently, and repeatably, minimizing risk and maximizing velocity.
• • Enhancing system reliability and observability through comprehensive logging and metrics is a key objective. You will be responsible for debugging issues pragmatically and efficiently when they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to GTM operations.
• • Exceptional written communication skills are essential. You will be expected to clearly document what you build, the rationale behind its design, instructions on how to use it, and detailed troubleshooting guides.
• • A security-first mindset is non-negotiable. You will build systems with principles of least privilege, secure secrets management, auditability, and defensive defaults, ensuring the integrity and safety of our GTM infrastructure.
• • Success in this role will be measured by the regular delivery of valuable GTM capabilities that are readily adopted because they demonstrably improve the speed and quality of work for commercial teams.
• • Changes will be deployed through a robust CI/CD pipeline, incorporating thorough testing and safe deployment practices.
• • The systems you build will be characterized by their security, observability, and predictability, featuring clear logging and measurable outcomes.
• • You will ensure the consistent high quality of agent outputs through effective prompting, deterministic code implementation where feasible, rigorous evaluation, the establishment of guardrails, and the implementation of learning loops.
