  • • As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer at Relayfi Inc., you will be at the forefront of innovation, leveraging cutting-edge AI and automation technologies to revolutionize our sales and marketing operations. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data Infrastructure, to identify opportunities, develop technical strategies, and implement impactful changes.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to pinpoint and define opportunities where AI-driven solutions can make a significant impact. This involves understanding their challenges, workflows, and strategic objectives to translate them into actionable technical requirements. You will then take the lead in building, testing, and deploying AI prototypes and proofs-of-concept, rigorously validating their effectiveness with the sales and marketing teams before broader implementation.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves the integration of AI APIs, MCP Servers, and other automation tools. You will architect and build agents and workflows designed to optimize our Go-to-Market motion, ensuring seamless operation and maximum benefit. This includes proactively identifying inefficiencies within our existing sales processes and devising technical solutions that not only improve tool performance and adoption but also deliver measurable gains in efficiency and productivity.
  • • You will play a crucial role in the evaluation of new AI technologies, contributing your expertise to build-vs-buy decisions. Your insights will guide the company in selecting the most effective and scalable technological solutions to meet our evolving needs. Furthermore, you will serve as a subject matter expert on AI tools and emerging trends, actively seeking out and recommending opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements specifically for the marketing team.
  • • To ensure the successful adoption and sustained use of these new technologies, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive technical documentation and developing engaging training materials. This will empower our teams to effectively utilize the tools and ensure adherence to established operational processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data Infrastructure teams to achieve our funnel acceleration initiatives. This cross-functional synergy is vital for delivering cohesive and impactful solutions.
  • • You will also work closely with Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) to administer and enhance key go-to-market business systems. This includes hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Orum, and Momentum Gong.io. Your responsibilities will extend to building and deploying automation (flows), validations, and applications directly within Salesforce, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with GTM strategies.
  • • Implementing new systems and integrations as required will be a significant part of your duties. You will analyze critical business requirements and assess systems capabilities to write detailed specifications for system builds, overseeing end-to-end implementation projects. This involves translating complex needs into robust technical solutions.
  • • To monitor the effectiveness of our systems and data integrity, you will create key reports and dashboards. These insights will be crucial for tracking system performance, identifying areas for optimization, and ensuring the accuracy of our data. Maintaining clear and concise documentation on system builds and integrations with other business systems will be an ongoing responsibility, ensuring knowledge transfer and system maintainability.
  • • You will actively seek opportunities to consolidate and optimize our existing technology stack, identifying redundancies and proposing more efficient, integrated solutions. Additionally, you will partner with the Rev Ops Director for vendor management, contributing to the selection and oversight of technology partners.
  • • This role offers a dynamic environment where you can directly influence the success of a fast-growing fintech company by applying your technical acumen to solve real-world business challenges. You will be instrumental in building a more intelligent, efficient, and scalable go-to-market engine for Relay.
